Our Services

Support for Young People (11-25)

Sometimes life can feel difficult and overwhelming. It’s hard to know where you turn when you feel anxious. That’s where we come in, you can talk to us about absolutely anything! There is no judgement here, just empathy and friendly faces.

We are not a crisis service

If you are in immediate danger or at risk of self-harm or suicide, please seek urgent medical support. Here’s what you can do:

  • Dial 999 to reach emergency services or go directly to your nearest hospital’s Accident & Emergency (A&E) department.

  • Call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option to connect with a 24/7 mental health crisis line. This free service is available to anyone concerned about their mental health or that of a loved one, friend, or someone they care for.

What’s On

Emotional Support

Our Emotional Support service is open Monday – Friday between 2pm and 6pm.

Emotional Support drop-in sessions are also available in:

  • Chichester on Mondays and Tuesdays 6.00 pm – 7.30 pm
  • Littlehampton on Wednesdays 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm
  • Bognor on Thursdays 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm

If you are feeling down or anxious, angry or lost, we can offer you emotional support. Our workers are trained to offer a listening ear and explore the issues you are facing, in a confidential and non-judgmental space.
